You are free to cancel your Alura subscription at any time, just keep in mind that if you cancel, you will lose access to all saved material. This includes saved keywords, shops, listings, and more.
How to cancel your Alura subscription
Head to Settings → Billing → Manage plan → and select Cancel plan.
After canceling, your subscription will remain active until the end of your subscription period and you can continue using Alura's premium features during this time. Following this, your account will be downgraded to a free account.
No-questions-asked 7-day refund policy
Remember that refunds are not initiated automatically. So, if you cancel within the no-questions-asked 7-day refund period, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll get this processed for you.
