Need to request a refund?

No problem. Here at Alura we have a no questions asked 7-day refund period.

So if you contact us to cancel within seven days of purchasing any Alura service, we will refund the amount of your last payment.

Well, we might ask why you've decided to cancel your subscription, but that is only because we are sad to see you leave and would love to hear your thoughts.

Remember, you are free to cancel your plan at any time.

In order to request a refund, please contact us on [email protected]. We will review your request, make sure everything checks out and process the refund.

Unknown charges?

If you think we tried to rob you, I can assure you we did not. But if you receive any unknown charges from Alura, please contact us on [email protected] so we can check it out and help resolve the situation if needed.

We might not be superman, but we tend to answer requests pretty fast.
