How to request a refund

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. If you sign up to a paid subscription by accident or notice that our service doesn't meet your needs, you can cancel within 7 days and get a guaranteed refund.

Alura's 7-day no-questions-asked policy

If you contact us to cancel within seven days of purchasing any of our services, we will refund the amount of your last payment - no questions asked.

If you're past the initial 7 days of the beginning of your subscription, please contact us at [email protected] to request a refund. We will review your request, make sure everything checks out, and process the refund.

Unknown charges?

If you notice unknown charges linked to your account, please contact us and we will investigate further.

We do our best to answer within 12 hours.
